Maria Taylor asked Saban about the QB position three times on Saturday night

She asked questions about it before the game, at halftime, and in that now infamous post-game interview. Saban has been dealing with this same question for the last nine months. The man is a human being like the rest of us, prone to fallibility and mistakes. Sometimes a human gets tired of repeat questions and eventually snaps. That was the third time Maria had asked a question about the QB position that night and she happened to ask the question when Saban's blood was up. What did she think was going to happen?

I thought he handled it perfectly.

Saban has mental problems.

I hope our next head coach has similar mental problems because something's working.

What is wrong with that question AFTER a game?

I like how the media is now making Saban out to be a bad guy and that their repetitive journalism can't be attacked. It's really annoying listening to the same questions from the media every time he's at a podium.

I have no issues with how he handled it. If that was the first time he was aked that question, it'd have been different.

This is old news, let it ride.

Is the media just not allowed to ask about any QB anymore?

Maria Taylor would stomp a hole in his runt arse if she wasn’t such a professional

Yeah he's human but at the same time that's what he signed up for. Head coach for the #1 team in the country and at a storied program like Bama. This all come with the territory...

I do not have a problem with his response. The PC hypocrites are only complaining because she was a woman. The same people who want equality for woman.

He did nothing wrong. It's becoming a "controversy" because people want to faux outrage.

You sign up to be a parent, yet yell at your child when they ask the same thing over and over. Do you sympathize with the parent or the child in that particular case?

The media is more than allowed to ask any question they want. However, incessantly asking the same questions of a guy who is obviously not going to give you an answer isn't a good look IMO

Saban was just pissed that Taylor is a foot taller than he is and he lost it.

He didn't do shite wrong. NOTHING
Tired of all this bullshite about women being treated equal. If that answer was a problem for a woman reporter then put a man down there to ask it. If a male reporter asks the question and is offended by the way Saban answers then fire that sorry weak arse reporter.
This shite gets old. Irritating to me that Saban even apologized.
