He's apparently agreed to a reduced buyout. What he gets in return, I'm not sure, but I'm sure its something. If the guy thinks he's going to get fired, and knows he wants to coach again (thus reducing the buyout amount right?), he may not really be giving up that much. I am curious about the details.
