Dude seriously shut the fuuck up. This was the dumbest thing you have posted yet
Kentucky has beaten 2 teams ranked in this top 25 ranking while Indiana has beaten zero.
Kentucky has one loss to the number 5 team in this ranking while Indiana has one loss to a team ranked 12.
Kentucky has won its last two games by over a touchdown while Indiana has won its last two in overtime.
Literally nothing you are typing makes sense.
Year after year we have these discussions.
Year after year I explain basic understandings that are used.
Year after year stupid people like you call me dumb.
Year after year I end up right in predicting what teams make it for every playoff except 2024 where I was surprised Alabama didn't make it in, but that was because they created the Clemson rule(maybe SMU rule is better), not based on where Alabama was ranked.
Nothing I say makes sense to you because you don't know shite about ranking teams.
For example, do you think someone who makes a ranking does it by saying things like "a loss to number 5 team in this ranking"?
No, because the ranking doesn't even exist and that's not how it's done. Your line of logic is no where near how things are actually done. And when I explain to you how it's actually done and why rankings end up being what they are, you can't comprehend it.
Try doing an honest ranking of the teams yourself and maybe you can get a little insight into it.

They do not have enough big games left down the stretch to make up ground if they lose. If LSU loses Saturday they are in a great position still because they still have 2 games left against good teams. LSU can afford to lose this game and still make it by winning against Texas and Tennessee. So I think LSU is in great shape no matter the outcome Saturday.

This is so retarded and fitting that you would type it. Indiana literally has 1 game against a Power 4 opponent where they won by more than 1 touchdown, and it was 2-6 Rutgers. Yet they are ranked 4.
As I said before, I have Kentucky ranked #2 on resume and I would rank them above Indiana.
IMO, they probably think Indiana is better than they really are. Likely because they barely lost to Ohio St while Kentucky was blown out by Alabama with a 28 point MOV in their losses.
And most people see Ohio St as a better team than Alabama.

Why let these ranking bother you? Everything will shake out in the next 4 weeks.

Since you're the expert, why is Alabama ahead of Texas?

I guess we’ll find out. There’s a lot of season left to go, but I really can’t imagine them dropping out of the top 12 from 5 unless they lose more than one game.
Normally I might say you were right about LSU, but as it stands there are too many 2-loss teams with strong cases.

Texas has 2 bad losses.
They have some good wins also which is what is keeping them in it. Ohio St, @ Tennessee and Ole Miss.

Why are you bleeding like such a pussy over a playoff ranking? I didn’t even realize this was coming out today.
Bama is sitting at #8 in SOR. I agree, the committee has placed them about 3 spots higher than they should have. OM was placed about 3 spots lower than they should have been based on SOR, sucks for them. But want to hear a real travesty? Worthless arse UTk has an SOR of 18, they were ranked a whopping 5 spots higher than they should have been in the playoff committee ranking. You must be seething at that unearned ranking.

Oh the Committee may go insane trying to sort out the mess the SEC is this year.
I think the Committee is ranking Bama today based on what the team looks like when it’s healthy and is giving them the benefit of the doubt that they could get a lot of these guys healthy enough to be effective over the bye. If Bama loses Saturday it probably means that a lot of key players didn’t make it back and I’m afraid the Committee may start looking at the injury situation like they did with FSU a couple of years ago. That’s why I say they will drop like a rock if they lose Saturday. This is just not the same team without Williams, Delgatty, and many others. You don’t have to defend Bama like you did earlier in the year. I’m afraid that ranking comes with that condition. Even if they somehow beat LSU and then lost a game somewhere else down the stretch it would be the same deal if some of these guys do not make it back. With no big games left it would be smart of Bama to come out and take care of business in the month of November. A 3 loss Bama team that is severely banged up will not be as attractive as a 3 loss SEC team that’s a lot healthier and probably has at least as many good wins as Bama does at the least. I wouldn’t give the Committee as reason to start looking for ways to separate them from other SEC teams with 3 losses that might be in the mix for a playoff spot as well.

Alabama-LSU is a play in game
Alabama has like an 85% chance to go 10-2 if they win. If they lose a 3rd they’re probably out of the playoff absent chaos at 9-3 as the remaining schedule is Vandy and Auburn
LSU is also probably out with a loss but does have the chance for the best 9-3 resume if they get 2 quality wins vs TX and UT.

What if: Tennessee loses to KY and beats LSU, and finishes 9-3
LSU beats Alabama and Texas, and finishes 9-3
Ole Miss loses to GA, and finishes 9-3
Alabama finishes 9-3
Texas finishes 9-3
I don't think SC beats GA, or Missouri wins 2 of next 3 (against 3 Top Ten teams); if so (say Mo beats KY & GA, loses to TX), then they could both finish 9-3, as could GA if they lose to these 2 teams and win other games.
That would leave a 10-2 KY and 8 SEC teams at 9-3. In that scenario, who else besides KY gets in the CFP?
Alabama 2-3 vs others
Georgia 2-2 & "bad" loss Auburn
LSU 2-3
Missouri 2-2 & "bad" loss Ms St
Ole Miss 2-2 & "bad" loss UF
SC 2-2 & "bad" loss Ms St
Tenn 2-3
Texas 3-1 vs others + OSU & 2 "bad" losses
If CFP selects 6 SEC teams, then my guess is Alabama, LSU, & Tennessee would be in, because no "bad" losses.
Also Texas would be in, because 4-1 against good teams, even though 2 "bad" losses. GA would be "iffy" then. That said, I don't think the Dogs lose to Mo and SC, so they would be 1 of the 6 teams in.
IN: KY, GA, TX, AL, LSU, TENN
If CFP only selects 5 SEC teams and KY & GA are 10-2, then a "2-3" team would be left out, It would be Alabama, since they would have lost to the other two "2-3" teams. IN: KY, GA, TX, LSU, TN
If CFP selects 4 SEC teams, then LSU would be out because of loss to Tennessee. IN: KY. GA, TX, TN
Don't worry, I have no intention of revisiting this after November7th.
