Alabama has a better overall resume

That would make sense if that were a standard that was applied everywhere. Doesnt UK have a better resume than Indiana? There is no consistency to any of this

We will see. All the scenarios I mentioned are only relevant because a team that everyone thought was gonna roll ended up laying an egg and getting beat by a team they had no business losing too.

You're only impressive victory is against an injury ravaged Alabama a week after they played Georgia.

Sorry no one respects that result

Oh please, everyone is injury-ravaged this time of year.

LSU has played large swaths of the year with its mobile quarterback not being able to run + 5 starters out.

Tennessee beat Alabama by 2 touchdowns with their backup QB

This is not a normal year. Bama beat the hell out of SC that beat Tennessee that beat Alabama. There will be a lot of situations like before this season is over.

The only way Bama misses the playoff is if they lose 4 games.

A loss this weekend wouldn’t knock them out. Hell, a fourth loss might only bump them to 12.

Could easily feasibly be the only team in CFB to make a 12-team field with three losses… and do it twice lmfao.

Try to be a little objective.

You guys literally haven't played a tough team back to back but don't worry we'll see how you feel after the next two Saturdays and who will be left from both of these bloodbath games

That QB is their starter. They benched the other guy.

Cry about this all you want but Alabama was missing 6 starters and was injury hit after a physical game against UGA.

You guys wouldn't know what that means becuase next weekend will be the first time you've had to play two teams with a pulse back to back.

We will see how well those bodies hold up when you don't just get to pick on the bad teams in conference

Bama will not make the playoff with 3 losses. Simple as that unless they get help from other teams losing to thrust them back in to the picture. The Committee put them way too high. I agree. But if they lose Saturday they are done unless chaos happens in front of them to push them back into the picture. They will drop like a rock if they lose Saturday.

He was hurt. He sprained his shoulder against Texas. Tried to go against Auburn and was pulled early on.

LSU has played without 5 starters most of the season. No one feels sorry for you

There is so much that didn’t make sense. They pounded Notre Dame for not playing anyone (which I don’t have a real problem with), but have no issue rewarding Indiana who played a laughable schedule and placed them 8 spots in front of Ohio St. who beat them and actually played a legit team out of conference which would explain their one extra loss. So head to head didn’t matter then, but it did with Alabama and Kentucky. Though I’m sure they will claim it was because of Sayin getting hurt.

I don’t see them dropping more than 8 spots with a loss to #14 on the road.

Even if they dropped 8 spots, they would probably rebound after one of the top 12 loses.

The initial ranking basically puts them in the playoff barring a catastrophic implosion down the stretch.

As I pointed out in the other thread, Kentucky has a power/team strength problem. They have great wins, but they aren't blowing out the lower competition either, and they were blown out by Alabama.

People aren't sure is it LSU shitting the bed, or is Kentucky really at that level.

If they beat Tennessee, I think Kentucky will start getting more respect quickly.

Alabama ranks high in the power scores, due to games like blowing Kentucky and South Carolina out etc.

When people talk about only a certain metric, they are usually conceding other things are being relatively equal and that was the one area where they weren't. It doesn't mean that's the one and only factor.

Dude seriously shut the fuuck up. This was the dumbest thing you have posted yet

Kentucky has beaten 2 teams ranked in this top 25 ranking while Indiana has beaten zero.

Kentucky has one loss to the number 5 team in this ranking while Indiana has one loss to a team ranked 12.

Kentucky has won its last two games by over a touchdown while Indiana has won its last two in overtime.

Literally nothing you are typing makes sense.

This is so retarded and fitting that you would type it. Indiana literally has 1 game against a Power 4 opponent where they won by more than 1 touchdown, and it was 2-6 Rutgers. Yet they are ranked 4.
