Probably SEC related as oil is big business in SEC footprint

Folks forget it was Venezuela who created OPEC not the Middle East.

Would be fun to stop any tankers from leaving Venezuela, they'd get hungry pretty quick and hang Maduro. These Socialist governments are such a utopia, I guess that's why all the millennials want us to try it. And we will. Just sad.

Yeah, Venezuela was responsible for opec. And the best part about it is that the oil that they have is so bad in quality that it’s almost not usable in America.

Yeah, it’s amazing how many people see the consequences of socialism. Yet still want it. How is this even possible?

Pretty sure from at least WWII to the 80's the US was the biggest buyer of Venezuela oil and thought that was still true even now. If not please please link an updated source

Sometimes dictators think they have the military, but when they start to lose power the military has them.

Yeah, we were the biggest buyer. However, their crude is bad in quality that it’s not nearly as desirable compared to our crude, or middle eastern crude.
