It turned out that UF was right, they could play the game in Gainesville on Saturday as scheduled, just as they said all week. The SEC dropped the ball on this decision. A game could have and should have been played yesterday, as scheduled. The SEC screwed up.
UForfeit AD lobbied all week long to cancel the game

So LSU should give up a home game because UF didn't want to play on Sunday?

Why would you play a game scheduled for Gainesville in Baton Rouge? That's absolutely ridiculous. And somrhow that's logical to LSU fans
Why should LSU give up a home game to play Florida when Florida sh1t the pot at every opportunity? Florida had everything to gain by not playing. Florida was afraid to play with the injuries across the DLine.

We don't have a game scheduled in Gainesville that day, you dumb pussy.

Then LSU said we could play the game Sunday at a neutral location, Florida said, no, Saturday in Gainesville.
Then LSU said we could play the game in Gainesville on Sunday, Florida said no, Saturday in Gainesville.
Then LSU said we could play the game Monday in Gainesville, Florida said no,Saturday in Gainesville.
Then on Thursday Florida said the game scheduled for Saturday in Gainesville has been cancelled.
Keep looking for a narrative to blame someone besides Florida.

My other favorite part about all of this is how Florida and Sankey have been hiding like bitches since the cancelation, while Alleva has done multiple interviews.
Sankey did one 3 minute interview and got owned without giving a single answer to any question. Foley has gone radio silent.
I'm eagerly waiting to see what backup options UF had ready (did LSU turn any of them down?) and reasons why they turned down other options.
But it's cool, LSU can just give up a home game and everything is kosher apparently

LSU is scared to come to Gainesville on nov 19th. Come on tigers, man up, call the sec office and demand this happens.

OP is correct. I pointed this out earlier in the week.

Florida once a national power has turned into a pathetic excuse of a program

LSU fans acting like they were generous to offer to play the game in BR has been my favorite thing this week.

The narrative never changed UF need to plan alternatives for worst case scenario and they didn't.

Yes, they should have.

Hopefully Alleva will sack up and agree that November 19th
No, your AD and coach showed how sackless they were when they conned a weak commissioner into cancelling because they were afraid to play with a depleted team.
If they weren't pussies, the game would've happened. They didn't want this game to be played this weekend.
Sack up and quit deflecting.

yack, yack, yack. the game with the least exposure to the hurricane was the only game to not be played.

I can see why you're pushing so hard for this to happen. If I was an a&m fan, I would also want every advantage possible when daddy comes to town

And just like Florida said all week, the game could have, and should have been played on Saturday in Gainesville. Just like Florida said all week. The SEC said no to a game in Gainesville. That's why the game wasn't played. This is on the SEC.
