Not even close to a similar comparison. The Yankees won one of the first World series when MLB first started. Arkasas has never won a CWS in the history of College baseball. Arky isn't on the same planet of a similar trajectory.

Again 3 years since last CWS Champ. Only 2 other teams (USC and Arizona) have had more recent championship success out of the other hundreds of College baseball teams. Only an Arkansas fan could be this delusional or dare trying to talk shite to an LSU baseball fan after the success we have had VERY recently.

Your totally right, I agree. Which reminds me after looking at your football teams 4-8 record this season, it's completly logical to conclude you have one of the worst football teams in the SEC and the future of Arky football is headed back to the celler for good where you rightfully came in 1992.

Only an LSU fan could be so blind to their lack of recent success. LSU embarrassed the whole conference with that Stony Brook debacle. I had to try to defend the SEC after that while in Pac12 country this summer. I responded by pointing to Arkansas as an example of SEC baseball excellence. Those detractors then conceded that the Hogs can play with anyone.

But, I am curious, troll or not: please define Arkansas's definition of "SEC baseball excellence"?? And making a trip to Omaha once is not the answer, at least to those who follow college baseball. The weenies have done it, so have the Chilli Peppers from Lafayette. How excellent are their programs? Any team in any sport that wins the SEC regular season has an excellent sports program & the rest of college sports know it. Saying the "hawgs can play with anyone" is not the same thing as proving your baseball excellence. So can USCe, Fla, Vandy, UK this yr, LSU. Go back to hawgsville & play with your tinker toys.
