That post you referenced. Was it about portal class? If so it is correct. The recruiting class or overall? Damn strong. Much better than what Tulanes coach has done for the swamp geckos.

I don’t check rankings often, so reading this board, I figured LSU was bringing in one of the best portal hauls of all time. Then I looked and noticed half their portal class is QBs and WRs. Typical.

We have 1 returning receiver and 0 returning QBs. I’m very thankful we are obtaining so much of them. Apparently it would have been better to just go into the season with 1 QB and a few receivers lol.

L3U always has great skill position players. But their lines are always mediocre. Not since Less Miles has their lines been really good, and they fired him.

If that's the case why do we have a NATIONAL signing day in DEC? Just to give you the REAL story. NEITHER of LSUs 2 5*s did NOT sign first day of early signing period. They BOTH waited till AFTER talking to CLK about coaching situation with position coach and coach Frank. They signed on LAST day of early signing period.
Do NOT take everything you read on the internet as gospel. Even this DUMB OLD COONASS that everyone that says so and so signed a player BEFORE DEC is taking about getting a commitment. EVEN the pros that do it for a living.

It's CLK that talked Brown and Anderson (#1DT in the class) off the ledge. Didn't Brown visit texass right before signing day? Seems like he was at least thinking about SIGNING somewhere else?

Looks like Oregon passed them with an average recruit ranking of 92.35. LSU moved to second with a 92.04. No other teams are in the 92's 
Oh and LSU is first in the transfer portal rankings.
