Yes it is. Just because you didn't like the call doesn't make it indisputable. He threw a pitch that missed by inches and it was a nice frame by Scivique. You people acting like that isn't a 50/50 call, especially by an inconsistent umpire, are fooling yourselves.

Great game over all and a great win for the Tigers. That's all that matters.

That's absurd. If it's outside the plate, and it clearly was, it's a ball. That's all that matters. The whole "make them hit it" line is a load of shite. A ball is a ball. If it's 2-2, you err on the side or protecting the plate. If it's a full count, you make them throw you a strike. He didn't throw a strike. That's the bottom line.

He was out, bad call. SEC umpires, have and will always miss calls. Happens every game.

Most definitely. Score more runs than your opponent. All problems solved.

You just admitted that it was a ball, which means you just admitted that it should have been called a walk. We agree.

Oh well, bad call.

You think it was inside his frame? Lol. Go watch it again.
Yes, it was. It wasn't "8 inches" off the plate, of that any reasonable person will agree.

He looked the runner at third back and then went to second for some reason. Either way, he could have easily prevented the run from scoring by looking him back and going to first. It was misplayed any way you slice it
He misplayed a situation he should have never been in. Simple as that.

I enjoy not reading someone posting in 3rd person. Kinda weird.

Here is what I love: the players decided it on the field. One team lost the other won. Get over it. For all of those not involved, who cares what you think (Mississippi, ...). The Best of the SEC are engaged. All others watch and shut up!

Yep, hence my statement below the picture.

We haven't lost 2 games in a row all year and come back hot when we do lose one. I like our chances with Lange on the bump Tom.

He was out at 3rd, and it was a ball. Both of those two claims are indisputable.
the call at 3rd was damn close but I think he was out. as far as the strike three goes, the batter should have been called out the previous pitch. the batter was foolish not to swing after escaping the ring up the pitch before.

Yes he did, as evidenced by one if the Ag players sitting his arse down. It was a strike in every game ever played. He hit his spot.
You want to blame someone, blame your pitcher who went retard, or your 5 who must have his shoes in concrete.
Don't blame your rf with the laser though

Proof of what? We all said he was out.

Catcher frames a pitch that close, in that situation and you dont protect? you out.
The fact you have to frame it means it wasn't a strike.
He he fouls it off then strikes out on the next pitch. We would all be bitching about swinging as an easy ball 4.
