Oh now the enforcement bodies can’t do anything about it!? Hmmm interesting!

Side note - the Power 4 conferences (including the SEC) have informed their members that they are required to cooperate with CSC investigations and accept any enforcement decision.

The Power 4 conferences sent an 11-page document to their schools in mid-November that requires them to cooperate with investigations, abide by enforcement decisions and not file lawsuits challenging rules and rulings made by the CSC.

However, some states (rightfully I would add) are already questioning whether the agreement is even legal.

P4 conferences don't override state law.

People in this conference are going to have to learn the hard way that UTrans views ratting out conference opponents to the NCAA as fair game. It's just a tactic to them.

Which is exactly why I said:

Same reason NCAA can't enforce anything - most of their rules are illegal under the law.

The NCAA can’t do much to individual players. They can absolutely still levy penalties against the institution’s members.

What would the penalties be here? Fines?

Time for more Rebel tears to flow!

And what terrible reporting by a jaded media source clearly by putting the LSU helmet on the article and talking about the Demond situation...when this is not even about football. Damn we broke the CFB world

No, not really. They can't even enforce a scholarship reduction or post season ban anymore after the last round of court decisions.

I guess? They’re the ones investigating. This is all new, I don’t even know.

They’ll reject your NIL deals.
And then you’ll have a very cancerous locker room of mercenaries who give zero fricks about LSU.

It’s coming baw. Just accept it. If there’s any coach in America comfortable with fricking over anyone (including his own family) to get what he wants it’s your hero Lame Quittin.
