LSU defiantly has more talent. Miss St was tough last year, who knows where they stand this year. I would take LSU just because of their name. I do not know anything about State this year other than DAK.

Actually the main reason was because of Chavis. His awful defensive line coaching skills resulted in missed tackles and a very poor gameplan for Dak. With the Steele curtain we'll blitz on second down and have a formidable front that will bring tGrind back to reality

So this year you think State is the better team? Is that what you are implying?

I like your username. I tried to switch to Robb Starkville one time and Chicken wouldn't allow it.

But just as Tywin Lannister underestimated the young, vastly inexperienced army of Robb Stark, the LSU fanbase is underestimating MSU.

And just like Robb Stark, our victory will be short lived. We will be slaughtered at the Red Wedding (Alabama and Arkansas games). And just like Tywin Lannister, someone will shoot LSU as its taking a shite. That someone is Texas A&M.

Actually your D is still awful and soft in my mind. Let's see how they are holding up when you hit the meat of the schedule. ASU proves nothing yet

MSU has better coaching and player development.

Besides Mett who was a transfer at QB, LSU still can't recruit a QB.

Haven't had good QB development since Jimbo Fisher was still calling plays.

Will it still be called this if 450 yards are beat upon you?

We all saw what happened when BH entered the game too plain and simple. Same goes for the D when Beckwith entered. Well except for a few that came up with excuses why BH torched them. I guess we will all see here pretty soon just how good both teams really are??

That O-Line last year full of two stars and walk-ons took it to that soft "talented" DLine. That defense got abused.

Josh Robinson: 197 yds rushing
Dak Prescott: 105 yards rushing

3rd and Chavis didn't know what to do

Why was Chavis still considered a great DC after his D gave up that many?

LSU's defense was overmatched and soft.

LSU's offense was a complete joke...AJ had relentless pressure on him. LSU couldn't establish the run. Were overmatched physically.

Hence MSU coaching & player development is better than the Tigahs.

I think anyone who argues the opposite is lying to themselves.

Miss St was a very good team last year, and LSU wasn't and the game went the way games go when thats the case.

That being said we definitely improved when Beckwith took over for Welter. And hopefully we improve when harris takes over for Jennings.

Should be a telling game for both teams.
