LSU has had one of the worst offense in the country for 3 yrs straight I don't see that changing with this current staff and roster of players.
That being said, they've gone from 102 to 81 to 57 in total offense in the last 3 years and the running game has had no issues. If Mett brings another dimension to the offense, then you can easily see this team making the next step.

yes you guys have killed it in basketball, far exceeding LSU's final 8 and final 4 appearances....LSU. Just for the record, I'd rather have 1 good year and 9 average to bad ones, than 10 average to bad ones...just my preference though.
My only point is that there are multiple ways you can look at each team's basketball history and head to head is a very obvious thing to look at when comparing 2 programs. LSU has a great postseason history which is what gives them the edge when ranking the 2 programs all time. It just seems some LSU fans don't realize how solid a history Alabama basketball has. Street & Smith magazine did a ranking of Top 100 all time programs that ranked Alabama #54 all time. LSU was ranked #50 in the same ranking and Tennessee was ranked #77 just to give you some perspective. I do think LSU is one of the few SEC programs with a better basketball history than Alabama.

plus two huge 'athletic' blocking TEs in Edwards and Jacobs
Edwards is a 6'4" 235 senior who didnt catch a pass last year
Jacobs is 6'5'" 250 and he hasnt done shite in his two years
neither one of those guys are "huge" or particularly "athletic" as far as TEs go.

and two pass-catching TEs in Clement and Dickson.
Chase Clement is a converted DE who has never caught more than 2 passes in a game. Dickson is a 230 pound ginger who has only caught one pass in his career.
Those TEs arent scaring anybody in the SEC. none of them create any real matchup problems

how come if that running game is so good it got shut down by UGA in the first half of the SECCG and could barely get past the 50 against Bama?

This one's easy: QB play. Not hard to stop a RB when you're no threat to pass. What do I win?

You gumps are obsessed with this 50 yard line vs LSU thing..do you pleasure yourself at night to that thought?
Why did LSU have 142 yards rushing on Bama back in November? Did you forget that game?

They powerfap to it every single night. Which means many disappointed Bammer sisters/farm animals.

QB play. Jefferson had 43 yards rushing that game

Trent Richardson had 37 yards on 13 attempts versus Kent State. Does that mean the Bama running game was not good?
UGA and Bama stacked the box because Jefferson was a joke. The LSU OL is very good. They don't have one great RB but they can rotate in multiple very good backs. Obviously QB and WR is a much bigger issue than RB and OL. It is really hard to judge WR because you had one of the worst QB's in division one throwing them the ball last year. The RBs dominated despite the QB play.

I thought the general consensus was that Jefferson was an embarrassment and one of the worst to don an LSU uniform? Why did he do so well against that vaunted D?

why do I have to be mad? I'm 100% not mad, and just laugh at your creativity...or lack thereof.
thatdude1985. Honestly, you do seem to be a very angry young man. Have you taken the stand against Sandusky yet?

You keep going back to the championship game when your D did so well yet ignore the November game stats
Typical i guess

If Bhamdore doesn't win the SECsy for worst poster, no one else can IMO.

Mizzoukills needs to take lessons from him on how to troll (I fricking hate that word but it's the only way to describe it).
Bhamdore is a professional.

Did I miss where the LSU offense was effective against alabama in november? 9 points is nothing to write home about and LSU had fewer yards of total offense than alabama did. Whatever makes y'all sleep better at night. Between "bama didn't deserve to be there" and "don't you remember november" I would have never guessed LSU got raped live in front of the whole country in January. "The best team in the country" crossed midfield one time...that's like if the Ravens played UL Lafayette. There is no way to spin it if you're lsu. Congratualtions on the win in November, but you were skullfricked when it mattered most with a month to prepare and Alabama made their arse quit, there's no dancing around that. You were physically manhandled and by the 4th quarter neither side of the ball wanted to trot back out there.
That's why most of you are still mad, not because you lost, or because you lost by 21, but because LSU was fricking dominated in every aspect of the game and they quit
