If he pressured a 14 year old girl for a blowjob, and there was another guy in on it too, he's lucky they got that pled down. That's crossing some lines. But, that is in the past and he's paying for it by being on probation. The circumstances of the bar fight will either help him, or put him away most likely.

I think I know this judge reasonably well. My guess is she does not revoke his probation but so much as a speeding ticket and he'll be done (slight hyperbole)

I know the school and the majority of the students.
Pressure is a stretch.

So you think he should be punished twice for the same crime?
You should refrain from posting and read up on criminal law, and the definitions of things like probation.

I'm sure she'll make the best decision she can. It doesn't sound like anyone here truly knows what really happened.
And pressured might be a stretch, but if he's 18 and she's 14, it still isn't smart.

I'm glad we have a brilliant legal mind like alahunter to learn us up on criminal procedure
This probation ain't getting revoked. DAs office asked for it so Hillar looks tough on crime knowing Judge Jackson will deny the motion IMO

Well, you're wrong because every article I've read said he punched someone who was heckling for being a pederast.
Were you there? Did you hear?
Some places still place a value on character and recruit gentleman who defend the defenseless. Some drunken student hurled insults regarding an incident involving a young girl who wasnt even there. Hill wouldnt stand for that defamation of character and took action.
Feel free to continue to misconstrue the situation to feel better about your rogue thug program though.

I can't believe we are sitting here arguing over which team's players are bigger scum bags. News flash: every major college football team has a big share of its own
Not Alabama bruh. All their players give blood on Saturdays, help old ladies cross the street, read to underprivileged children and shave their heads in honor of the kids at St. Jude.

He was never punished for it in the first place.

It doesn't take a legal analyst to understand revoking probation is not punishing someone for the same crime twice.

I get that. I was making fun of your "matter of fact" way of putting it. We have a bunch of dumb coonasses and rednecks arguing over which school's football team has more pieces of shite on it. It's hilarious

No shite. We all need to just get along and talk shite about the Mean Machine a.k.a the University of Florida.

Yep he was one of those 18 year old blue chips who just wanted to take a year off, get away from football even though he and his teammate were the first two commitments of that class.

It's funny because that's what you are doing with this defending a girl bullshite. Like that makes it ok to knock someone out.

It's weird that a fan of an SEC school can be so appalled, shocked, or outraged about an athlete getting in trouble with the law. Boosting that post count in this thread

Wut.
So the inconvenience of the legal process is now punishment?
