Florida. It’s the only job that’s open currently.

I'd say Florida has the higher ceiling, but that ceiling is incredibly difficult to reach. They have to compete with so many schools for talent in their state, but there is an immense amount of talent in Florida. LSU has really good talent in state and there are no other power 5 schools in the state. Plus they have access to other states that are loaded with talent. I'd say Florida is the harder job, but if they reach their potential they're better. LSU is an easier job to reach their potential.

You'll be out of a job in 3 years or less at Florida, unless you win a minimum of 9 games a year.

Then why ain’t Kelly winning chief
Because he doesnt belong in Louisiana. Les Miles and Ed O adapted quickly to this culture. And Nick Saban is coaching Jesus.
BK is a stubborn dipshit yankee with zero want to adapt to Lousiana and is trying to slap his ND brand onto LSU and obviously its not working.

Kelly has had some horrendous coaching hires. Brad Davis and Joe Sloan are insanely bad. He had Matt House who was a disaster. There also needs to be a major culture change because his teams have been soft.

Florida shares a state with Miami, USF, And Florida State.
That ALONE makes LSU the better job. Anything else is meaningless bullshite.
LMAO!
No it doesn't.Florida had 3X times the talent of Louisiana and the state continues to grow while Louisiana loses population plus UF has a wealthier alumni base and ain't really close
Anything else? NIL and the portal have changed the landscape completely and "homegrown talent" ain't close to the advantage it use to be.

Very similar programs and history, if money is equal I would rather live in Florida.

Very, very even
From SEC titles, to national titles, to guys drafted, to hard places to play...very, very close.
Plus has one of the best penalties ever with the shoe toss..I am sure even LSU fans laughed or laugh about it.

LSU all day long. They have better stadium, fans, more talent, equal resources....even in their worst years they are still better than FL. Also Baton Rouge is way better than Gainesville

LSU plays for championships
Florida hasn’t sniffed one in almost 20 years
LSU obviously

UT has been turning into a cesspool now too. Not sure you have a leg to stand on with that comment.

Are we asking where can one win at more easily or the better job?
To me there's a difference.
Is LSU a better job than Texas? Of course not.
They have only won 1 national title in the last 50 years.
I dont think that makes the job less attractive.
It's not that UF is such a tough job, it's that the UF AD was a cheap POS that hired coaches that never should've been coaching in the SEC.
Then, Stricklin came in and followed did the same with Sunbelt Billy.
