I expect LSU to win because of our appalling defense, just so we're clear. But in 2013, you're incorrect. The 41 against Ole Miss was the lowest total for this season.

If you want to talk last year, I'm just not interested. If you go there then: A&M had a much better defense last year. How is that helping them this year?

Thanks for seeing the logic! A&M allowed 38 points to a team that Alabama shut out. Although Florida's offense is not great, the LSU D stepped up and held them to under 250 yards total offense. A&M's defense allowed a pitiful Arkansas offense 483 yards of offense while South Carolina allowed them only 248 yards and held them to 7 points. Not difficult to see the differences in overall ability. I predict an A&M loss to Auburn.

I will go with LSU. Without JFF they would be a 7-6 team. He just has this ability to make TA &M larger then life...LSU is Consistent year after year....

My post was not sent to you and I did not say anything about 2013 so quit making shite up.

What makes the offense better this year that insures he will put up 40 pts--since that is what the A&M poster stated. I reall don't give a sh-t what you are interested in.

Well, this is an SEC message board, after all. This is a thread about two teams that still have to play each other this season. This is a thread where a bunch of people reacted as if my opinion was absolutely absurd.

So, you know, you took the time to post in it, so you must at least be a little bit interested.

A&M by a Siberian mile. It will not be close. Bet the farm on Texas A&M over Louisiana A&M.

If we had anything that remotely looked like a defense it would be a no brainer but since we don't I'd say we are equally matched.

I honestly feel sorry for Manziel and Evans. How badass can a tandem be and still lose because of the defense?

and who is #1 on defense for TAMU? Harris I think? Man, he gets dominated every single weekend it seems. I feel bad for him to. He plays hard, he just isnt that big and getes big boy'd a lot.

just letting you know they're getting better.

Our defense is horrible, which will make it tough to beat LSU. I hope that is just the youth, but I've heard that story before.

That's because he is sitting in pass coverage for half an hour on each play and has to come up for run support. The front seven is so Got Damn bad, Harris seems to be doing all the work.

When we converted a receiver to play LB, you know we've got some serious problems.

We actually have some very good running backs but when you feel like you have to score everytime you have the ball it is hard to get them any real touches. We can't take the time to run and adjust the running game when you need 45+ to win. It is absolutely ridiculous that a team that has put up 40+ every game this year is 5 and 2 and a couple of those 5 were way to close. So yeah I give the edge to LSU this year.

If the reports of Manziel's injury are true, it's LSU hands down...

LSU.

But that doesn't mean A&M can't beat them.
