Yes. Unless you’re prepared to argue that there will be no NCAA sanctions accompanying the bowl ban. At the very least, it will be accompanied by probation. The LSU football team is currently serving sanctions for cheating. The technicality that those sanctions weren’t officially imposed by the NCAA is semantics.
