Nobody said he needed more and thats my point. Baker could have said "I'm gonna take a shite on his mamma's head" and TR would not have played any harder. He is gonna play as hard as he is capable of playing either way. What about TR saying " Dey think dey gon stop me!" earlier this week. Sounds pretty cocky and not humble to me. It only counts when an LSU player sounds confident I guess.

I'd have to say that he might be one of the best backs I have ever seen at "getting what you can". Weird that you think that...
I'm talking specifically when there's a defender in the backfield, not in general. I haven't watched y'all as much as us obviously, but I seem to remember him just "stopping", like wtf?
Again, I have not seen every carry he's made, and I doubt there's been a ton of disruption in his backfield. My opinion may be erroneously based on a play or two. It just seems that way.

Richardson better have a good game againt LSU to even get close to winning a heisman.
I dont think being able to juke a freshman DB that just graduated high school about 4 or 5 months ago makes much of a statement at all.

No, but they do know he plays for Ole Miss, and that counts (or "dis" counts, as it were) for something.
And don't get me wrong. If he does well against us, I WANT him to win it, especially over Luck.

I would hope that a LB would be able to tackle a RB one on one. His statement is entirely factual.
