I’m very proud of our program.
LSU does a lot things right.
LSU wears an American flag on the sleeve of all of its baseball uniforms.
I’m pretty sure Skip Bertman started this tradition.

In the 3rd inning yesterday, Army coming to bat, they stopped the game and played the Army fight song. The whole crowd stood, saluted as did the cadets, and sang long and loud. Every one of the seniors on the team will be in a hot zone somewhere next yr per their SID. Not a few tears and lots of goose bumps all around.

I was very proud of the way both Army and Air Force was treated this weekend. The Army team also got to go to the Governor’s mansion, which must have been a cool experience regardless of your political affiliation.

And we dumped piss on the flag burner from Missouri about 5-6 years ago
