Beating Bama in Tuscaloosa is easy as pie amiright

It's easier than beating them in Tiger Stadium.

LSU is 9-10 in Tuscaloosa all-time, 8-8 since Tiger Stadium opened.

Actually, he typically backs the SEC when people criticize the conference as a whole.

LSU hasn't played all that well I agree, but plenty of highly ranked teams haven't either.

Michigan, Utah, Florida, Clemosn and I give you Bama and even A&M you can say are not over rated at this point, maybe a few more... but Ohio State, Michigan State, Florida State, TCU... and several others are as “over rated” as anyone… so if most are “over rated”… maybe none are… is just how this season is playing out. No one like LSU and Bama 2011 head and shoulders above everyone is out there this year.

Based on your criteria, who isn't overrated in the top 10?

Most of us have been saying this for quite some time. They are ranked highly because they are undefeated, have name recognition, and a star HB. They have played absolutely no one that could give us any indication of how good they are. See UGA two weeks ago before they had played anyone decent. Look at them now.

Colin Cowherd is the most overrated sports pundit in the country.

The problem with LSU is that the defense has looked pretty mediocre at times, the passing game is none existent and they haven't faced anyone that can exploit any of that.

If the top ten all played each other in a season, the average record would be 5-4. There is no team in college football right now that is head and shoulders above anyone else. Every team has a, what seems to be, glaring weakness, but hasn't played a team good enough that could exploit it for a win.

Offense has looked awesome coming out of halftime so far. I live that. Start if every 2nd half was a td drive

Even if Bama is the team that has the capabilities to exploit the weaknesses you describe in LSU football...the players have to execute.

I'll tell you right now...Saban will rely on his defense and hope LSU fricks it up with turnovers. Basically a reversal of the last 4 times LSU and Bama have played.
