Sick children and adults from all over Louisiana are going to have to cut back and pitch in much much more. The $85,000,000 that the Our Lady of the Lake Health care system gave to the LSU athletic program won’t be near enough. Announced by an LSU Pres’s these in Feb 2022by the master of spending university funds, then AD Scott Woodward.

Why are dumbasses.... like the OP.... always inflating numbers?

But the main reason Lane GTF away from ole pis.... "His Ole Miss contract automatically extended to 2031 after the 2025 season's success"

He realized being there, even contractually, was going to cost him in the long run.

Your ignorance about your university system exposed. The LSU endowment is listed in multiple places as less than $645 million. The only way LSU gets a billion is by appropriating the endowments of its systems schools. By taking credit for the donations not meant for LSU-Baton Rouge. Wow…there is no low you LSU sleazes won’t stoop to, to justify football at your small broke school.

LSU is spending $93M on Kiffin $53M on Kelly $90M on assistants $175 on NIL over the next 7 years. Nearly a half billion dollars ($411M) on college football. LSU’s endowment is only $664M.

just because you're poor doesnt mean we're poor.....

If going half a billion into debt makes you sound rich, why don't you just pay more and sound richer?

We don't have money, we are poor and will be taking out a 3rd loan with onpath credit union just to buy our current players socks. The 1st loan was with lane, the 2nd loan is for the money for NIL we lied about and told lane we had just to get him here

He totally believed us too, what an idiot!

It's good to have fabulously wealthy friends of the program.
Feeling a little awesome right now.

Yawn…40 percent of that was dedicated to football. Was the money extorted from the health care system included in that figure? That’s pitiful compared to the $4.2 billion education initiatives A&M or $6 billion Texas raised. And they didn’t raid their healthcare systems to do it.
