LSU had somewhere around 30 something scholarship players when BK came in, I believe.

They have some wild recruits coming in, and went 10 wins after two losing seasons under the previous coach.

And it would seem money isn't an issue after all.

Pretty cool watching the program operate under someone who doesn't eat grass or bring womens kids to practice.

You have to hold onto those recruits for another year. The 2025 class is looking impressive though

Next year shaping up to be a lot of fun. Especially with the new additions.

That would be a lot more convincing coming from a team that actually beat LSU this year.

LSU with Saban is scary.
LSU with Smart is scary.
LSU with Kiffin is scary.
LSU with DeBoer is scary.

Get the drift? Kelly just doesn't scare anybody ... he is an above average coach by every definable metric. He isn't elite.

If Elko is cooking with fired Florida staff and Old Dominion players what is Kelly doing?

Elko isn't elite, and nobody has claimed he is. He can coach, which is something A&M needs right now. But he isn't elite. And we aren't paying him like he is either ...

But is he cooking? Are y’all MAGA? Is Elko gonna be on the field coaching all the positions to make up for his hires and lack of talent?

I think Elko is doing a damned good job with the shite sandwich he was handed. I like the majority of the staff hires because they can actually TEACH football. I like that he is utilizing the portal as effectively as he can with thirty days on the job ...

I think A&M will be a much better team next year than this year. But is he championship level? I don't think so. We won't know anything for a few years.

You do realize LSU won 2 NC's & played for another one with Les Miles & Ed Orgeron as their coach. It is very apparent that LSU is scary with or without a good coach, so no matter where you think CBK falls in either of those 2 categories, LSU is capable of winning NC's no matter who their coach is.

Ours teach good football too, hence the ridiculous amount of times you have lost to us.

What makes you think two coaches that were let go from a terrible Florida defense can teach football? You think your dline coach is better than the one you just lost? You think your defensive coordinator is better than Durkin? You think Elko can run around the field all day coaching and manage the roster/NIL?

A&M is always ten years behind the rest of college football in their decision makings. That’s why yall thought Jimbo was a good hire. That’s why yall think you’re currently killing it in the portal when you’re not.

Spare me your opinions on what you think a good coach or program is until you catch up to the top half of any conference consistently.

ST coach is an improvement, we didn't have one
S&C is an improvement, his career speaks for itself
DL may be an improvement simply because ERob could recruit like a beast. But his development was garbage. None of those kids improved in their time under ERob
CB and Safety coaches are an improvement - did you see our secondary under Fisher?
Not sure about the DC, but I did see him coach at Army in person

OC is a marked improvement for reasons we don't need to go into
WR coach can both coach and recruit. Amazing
Don't know about RB, but if the OL improves won't matter
OL coach is an improvement, one of the best in ACC

So yeah, the coaches are pretty much an improvement across the board. And Kelly might win at LSU, but I can tell you I pray every day he doesn't leave for Michigan. Because a real coach could do some damage ...

All the reasons you gave for improvement are “he hired someone so improvement”

You’re an idiot
