O has the chance to do something similar to Saban. If lsu trots out there and throws all over Bama for 400+ yards, it could be point of no return

If the loss to Clemson in the Championship game last year didn't break him, nothing will.

Yes he did, but the last game against LSU broke him. Believe he said that he never had a team take such a beating and announced not long after that he was going to retire at the end of the season.

In all seriousness, Miles had a chance to solidify LSU at the top of LSU in 2011.

Had LSU defeated Bama in New Orleans, it would have been 3 consecutive head-to-head wins for Miles. It would have given LSU 3 National Titles in a 9-year period to Alabama's one.... all with LSU having to come back to Baton Rouge again in 2012.

LSU's opportunity to break Saban was winning in their home state both in January of 2012 and November of 2012, and they failed.

That isn't true at all. Saban built a machine. This is Lsu's best team in a decade that loses quite a bit after this year. They won't come close to replicating this offense next year while Bama is will still be doing Bama things.

Why don’t we just focus on winning this one game? That’s the golden opportunity right there.
