While that’s true. You certainly cannot have a gun in an on campus dorm that’s a gun free zone. Much less multiple firearms.

LOL didn't see this part yet. yeah he's fricked then. he (plausibly) didn't know that his buddies whacked someone, but they were there for like 2 weeks. i'm sure they'll get the phone records and he knew they were up to all sorts of no good, why do you need 2 ARS and a Draco lol

You have to be 21 to legally buy a handgun from a licensed dealer. That is federal law.

That is when he ceased to be enrolled at LSU.
Whatever happens with the criminal charges is separate from the guns in his dorm room.
You can argue it isn’t right, but that is the rule.
And my gut tells me he had an inkling something was going on. Probably in text. Who knows, maybe in an instagram post. Two dudes show up with guns and want to live with you? And you just let them in no questions asked? For two weeks? And you have not a clue?
