I recognize it feels good to have a coach very publicly choose you over a conference rival. When that shine wears off, are you confident in the coach?
Are you confident he'll bring LSU back to title contention? Are you confident he'll stick around to see that goal through?

Why would you even ask this? Of course they're over the moon. LSU has always been the psychotic fake titted 20 year old kind of program. You're asking them if they feel good about the crazy sex phase? Of fricking course they do.

In a span of 4 years, Brian Kelly managed to field statistically both the worst offense & worst defense in LSU history (separate seasons).
Still managed a heisman & division champs.
Ed Orgeron won a national championship.
Les Miles won national championships.
Kiffin will be the most competent coach LSU has had since Saban. The defense is handling business & the staff seems to be retained. I like our position here, a lot.
Just get a portal QB & a new OL coach.

Yes I am. But what’s the point? LSU fans will say yes and opposing fans will say he’s horrible. No point in it as no one truly knows.

I think it's kind of odd that so many here are convinced it's going to be bad, seems like wishcasting mostly.

I’m very confident knowing that after Saban woke the Sleeping Giant in the early 2000’s we had 2 other nitwits come in and win us additional titles.
So yeah I feel really good about Lanes chances in BR.
Especially seeing where he is at in his career and it’s current trajectory.
People hoping for him to bust are going to be disappointed.
