Dart and Corral were top talents in recruiting rankings for QBs. Chambliss was a good find and we got very lucky.

Lane inherited Corral from Matt Luke, our new OC brought Dart with him from USC and Lane had to be talked into bringing Chambliss on board by Joe Judge and CWJ

Louisiana players who want to go to LSU will not care, even BK was able to still get them
Some portal players probably won’t want to come, others might like being on the “villain team”.
If we pay the going rate it will probably be somewhat of a wash
