LSU had a good season last year finishing #6 in the nation. Coach O's program seems to be getting stronger. I am not worried about losing any particular game in any particular year. I am looking forward to kicking 2019 off.

They should be used to it. Isn’t the series record something like 55-19?

You said the same thing this past season. LSU fans specifically told us "Things are different this year" and the result was 29-0. Do you not remember this?

Yes and Alabama fans "specifically told us" they were the "best team in college football history" last year too, and we saw how that turned out. In a Gumpy sea of orange-tinted devastation. Do you " not remember this"?

So let me say it for you again-You guys are the self-anointed world-beaters, not us. You are the guys beating us over the head with all your tales of glory and dominance. IMHO, your two-deep is more talented than ours in 2019 and your coaching is significantly better and the game will be on your field after a two week break. So You are obviously likely to win again. We get that. All we can do is give our best effort and hope we play well and get some bounces. That's why we play the games.

Now that you understand my position, You may now return to fondling the nether-regions of your life-sized Nick Saban Love Doll.

You just had your best team in a while and were shutout 29-0 at home.....That isn't concerning to you?

What's more concerning is losing 29-0 to a team that got 44-16'd to an ACC team.

Jimbeaux Fissure?

I actually don't mind the guy, and admire his football knowledge. I just enjoy attempting a play on words.

Coach Bryant means absolutely nothing to the players today. The man was dead for 25 years before they were born.

1. If it means going 11-1 next year with the only loss being to bama. At some point you gotta win that game

Well, who HAS beaten alabama regularly since Saban took over 12 years ago?
Answer - nobody.

Auburn - 3 or 4?
LSU - 3?
OM - 2?
A&M - 1 or 2?
USCe- 1?
Florida - 1?

Georgia,Tennessee, State,Arky ??
(not counting Clemson)

At least the majority of the Alabama-LSU games since 2007 have been somewhat competitive, (save the 2012 NCG and 2018 game) with at least 8 of the 13 games in doubt until the final moments - and 2 OT games.

All those W's last year and that epic failure in the game that mattered most.

Congrats

At least we beat Bama (at home) in 2011 and got an undeserved rematch from the Gumps.
