But the lsu fans were the ones who turned into a bunch of bleeding vaginas for over a month. I'll bet there is still a shortage of maxi-pads in the state of looserana.

And how would YOU have felt on 4:29 pm EST on November 19 or 20, or 10:29 pm EST on November 20 or 21, (win or lose), when the game SHOUUUUUULD have been played ??????????
It's not fricking Alleva's fault the game was played in Baton Rouge. He was told all week it would be played, then told it would be cancelled. Then, he asked if he game could be played in Gainesville Saturday night, Sunday or Monday.
You said no to all three.

What in the everloving frick was he supposed to do ???????????????

Accept that his AD Daddy Jeremy Foley made the decision and then STFU and go back to being a shitty AD. He at least got that part right.

I'll do a permanent ban bet that LSU goes into the Swamp and win.

The game got played, didn't it? If the results had been different this would not even be a thing. I'm sorry that things didn't work out the way lsu thought it would. The next time a hurricane is heading towards Florida with the potential to impact Gainesville our new AD will do all he can to kiss that lsu arse and make you happy.

Man, lighten up.

All LSU fans wanted back then was to play the game in Gainesville on Saturday night, Sunday, or Monday.
That's all Alleva wanted too.

Would there have been challenges? (EMTs, emergency vehicles, traffic lights, traffic and road outages, shelters, etc.) You bet.

But in 2005 LSU, Baton Rouge, and Louisiana were recovering from Katrina AAAAAAAAAND Rita within a 3 week period, but yet hosted a game on MONDAY NIGHT against Tennessee. 93,000 people showed up.
And Baton Rouge had the SAME OR WORSE problems as Gainesville had. LSU paid for for Tennessee's flight and travel back after the game, as there were no hotel rooms.

What baffles me is, why is LSU the bad guy here ????
This was all Florida's decision...

Will probably have our big tailgate going on that day and may invite some of you civilized LSU fans

Can't believe I'm about to ask this, but where is your tailgate? Not because I'm fishing for an invite, but because I'm wondering if I've been to it before.

You're right this was Florida's decision because it was a Florida home game. If you don't like the way things went down tough shite. The bottom line is the game was rescheduled at YOUR home so you wouldn't lose your shite over losing a home game (even though Florida gave up two home games) and the game was played. lsu lost and you people are still pissed about that. You can bitch and moan until the cows come home but that 16-10 is still in the record books.

I have never mentioned the score and don't care about the score. For some reason, that's all you people think we care about.
We will never ever fricking understand why you could not have played a football game in Gainesville Florida on November 19, 20, or 21.

That's all it really is. You can say 16-10 elventy trillion times, it doesn't change the fact that because of your indecision, LSU has to play two consecutive years on the road. And that is downright comical.

You have a short memory, did the Gators not play in Baton Rouge in 2015 AND 2016? You people just need to get over this bullshite and let this rivalry return it's friendly status before you got all butt hurt.

Oh good lord, don't mention that. They refuse to discuss that game or the fact that they maybe crossed the 50 yrd like once (to the Alabama 49, hahaha)and got laughed out of their second home of New Orleans.
