This is Jimmy Sexton getting Jimbo concessions and more money for facilities and assistants at Fla State. Nothing more, but keep dreaming.

Lol...well per Forbes and AL Sports list.

TAM is 13th in the country in wealth.

LSU is 10th in the country in wealth

Per SEC wealth ranking..TAM is number 7 and LSU is number 5

So who is poorer again???

The hell of it is, college football being college football, one day y'all will win a game against LSU in this century. Not before Troy did, but I expect y'all will eventually. What in the world will y'all be like then? You talk like y'all have the 7 straight wins.

I'm not even mad though. Consistently entertaining.

Guys,

There is a very strong chance we are getting played. Each and every one of you need to pump the brakes and assess this in reality.

You are both setting yourself up for a huge disappointment and joining in a mass group think that will ultimately embarrass us in the worst possible way.

Not only that, but I don't think we have any form of a plan B. So if/when this doesn't pan out, we are going to be scrambling and fall to the very back of the line.

This has the makings of something terrible.

Seriously the team lsu played Saturday was lacking of any talent. The game literally could have been a 50 point blowout. Texas a&m is years away from competing. I would say pretty comparable to ole miss.

You had Bear Bryant and couldn't win

Nick Saban and a Hall of fame coaching staff could not win in College Station

Man the Aggies hate LSU.

I didn't realize how much because I don't really pay attention to ya'll. I just put the W on the schedule and go on my way. It seems to get easier and easier every year...

The same amount of times you have beaten LSU. Did your dad not tell you this, Daniel?

That's why it fell through. Poor tykes just couldn't scrape enough bank together to even get by. Times were tough, so they were forced to hire an illiterate OL coach. He was marked down at half off since English is his second language, so they got a decent deal.
Troll on clueless Attention W'ing geek boy, troll on.

After the 2015 season, LSU/Alleva had an agreement to hire Jimbo Fisher at a 6 million per year salary. (That's a fact, not opinion or conjecture)

LSU President F. King Alexander didn't want to spend that much on a football coach with all the "Budget Crisis" BS going on at LSU at the time. (Fact)

Louisiana Governor Bobby Jindal also stepped in and went to bat in support of Les Miles to get another season in 2016. (Fact)

Two major strikes there and the deal with Fisher was nixed.

Money was never a problem.

Miles was given an ultimatum to make changes to the Offense after that 2015 season, but we all saw that he ignored that directive and was fired the Sunday after the Auburn game on September 18th, 2016.

After that 2016 season, (With Orgeron as Interim) Jimbo had raised his price tag and LSU/Alleva were not willing go above the 6 million price that was offered after the 2015 season, so a deal was not reached.

That brings us to the present where the price tag will not be as high for Texas A8M now after FSU's down season. Fisher is slightly damaged goods. They'll be able to get JB at a cheaper price than LSU could after the 2015 and 2016 seasons and I doubt that the A8M President or Governor of Florida will step in and cancel any agreed upon deal................

New Boys, doesn’t matter how much money you have in football. Harvard not winning any championships. Plus, SEC rules clearly say only Alabama is allowed to buy refs and wins.
