The reality is that Jeremy Hill has more football reasons to come to Alabama than he does lsu. He is a RB and Alabama is a better place to be for a guy who plays that position. You can try to deny this all you want but it is a fact. Saban's philosophy and JMAC's offensive style both cater to his position.

If that is all you can say that pretty much sums up the fact that you can deny what I just said. Give me the football reasons why Hill would be better served to go with lsu. Good luck

I can list a variety of football reasons why he would be better served to go with Alabama.

1. The offensive style and philosophy better fit his position and strengths.

2. Alabama just produced a Heisman winner at his position.

3. Alabama is a more stable program (just won a national championship while lsu is anything but stable)

4. Alabama has a better coach (this is important if he wants to win a lot of games while he is in school)

Hill being from BR is not a football reason, it is a loyalty reason and nothing beyond that.

well pretty simple... We have a pretty good history of putting backs in the NFL... they may not win a Heisman(Paying refs much for no holding calls) But they put up impressive numbers. Laster year was our worst rushing year since 99 and don't expect that again... BR is his home he wants to bring LSU back to prominence and he can't do that at Bama, and how do you know he isn't there recruiting for LSU?

You gumps just don't understand how connected to our team the entire state is.

I love how Aubrun gets one decent recruiting class in 20 years and they are the next USC or UF in recruiting.

Go get your shinebox Aubbies!

So lsu's offensive line is going to be magically improved this year? I really don't see that happening considering who they have coming back on the line. They were pretty bad last year.

However, Alabama has been excellent on the line the last 2 years and is bringing back a lot with some great talent coming up as well.

Bama's magically improved from 07 to 08. Oh yeah, it's not magic, it's different players stepping in and some being more experienced.

so according to your reasoning Bama should every recruit in the country because Saban is one of the top 3 coaches out of the 120 FBS programs? GTFO with that bullshite logic.

Another factor Hill could consider in Alabama is that by the time he is ready to play Ingram and Richardson would both likely be gone. Ingram for sure and Richardson more than likely.

Rohan2reed, Not every recruit in the country is considering Alabama. I am just putting this in terms of Hill who is considering Bama. I am comparing the situation at Alabama and lsu. I know these kind of things are hard for you to grasp, but just try.

how is Glen Coffee doing in the NFL? maybe a 3rd round pick averaging 2.7 a carry.

Alabama kid right? I would bring up other names, but I can't think of anyone in the NFL who has played for Bama this decade.

had to look it up. Darby, I remember him. good career at Bama. Lost to LSU a lot. 7th round pick. cut by a few teams, got a career high 140 yards this year.

LSU is known for putting Running backs in the NFL and actually getting yards and having nice careers under multiple coaches.

Bama is known for, well, mythical championships and one BCS title.

This is fricking retarded. By this logic, Julio Jones would be better served anywhere else in the entire country. Georgia Tech throws the ball more than Bama.

Bottom line....The kid is from Baton Rouge. You do the math. Just wanted to point out that your post made no sense.
