CapitolOne game against Iowa. Final play and Iowa's 5th string Sr. WR is in the game for the Hail Mary and scores against our fake blitz on the last play of the game! :banghead:

Had a couple of funny parts but overall tired and disappointing.

Some of you UGA fans are full pf pride. I get that and assume you are young. The point is you have a nationally respected coach and a great program. We are in the SEC. It's getting harder to repeat as a champion in this league. Getting rid of a top tier coach is not a way of going about achieving the next level unless you have a proven winner or "something better" step in at the same level or better. UF bet on Meyer and won, OM bet on Ogre and lost, LSU bet on Miles and is losing. Bama did NOT bet on Saban and is irrelevant. Same goes for Chizik. I would be surprised if he equalled the same record as Tubberville at AU when his time is up. Time will tell. IMO it's not really "settling" to keep MR. good luck

I think part of it is that UGA is living in the shadow of UF. The downside is that UGA is considered a great football program on the edge of elitism. MR will keep UGA at it's current status. I think keeping him around longer will at some point build a solid respectful following because of his youth. Building doubt from your fanbase will translate to recruits inwhich the state of GA seems to be getting picked off by several SEC schools. IMO, keep MR for a while longer and be patient for UF to be down and then ya'll will need to step up. Sooner or later an SECCG win will translate to a shot at the MNC title. Good luck unless you are facing us WG.

Richt>>>Miles.

Not a lot of good coaches available out there. Keep him if you can.

Come on man! If we are in pain... I bet the team feels like total horse shite! I'm proud of my negatiger heritage, but life will go on. I'm not expecting big things from the tourney or to finish the year. I'm just trying to make the pain a little more bearable. Hang in there broseph!

It's funny how this thread comes out and then Fineberm writes an article that includes Les as the subject.
