Not a chance in hell the Big 10 would take LSU. Neither would the ACC. Big 12 maybe or try and cut a deal like Notre Dame got for a guaranteed playoff spot if ranked in the top 12. Not sure LSU carries enough weight nationally to pull that one off though.

We don't even need to bring that up. It's just an example of our fellow SEC school telling the NCAA to F off based on a court ruling because they know that they can without repercussions due to having the court of law on their side.
LSU has the court of law on their side at the moment. Who has more legal jurisdiction, the judicial court system of America or the SEC? According the court of law of our country right now, the SEC is out of line. Tell me where I am wrong.

What I and I believe many other fans can’t understand is why LSU is allowing LK to continue down this path. Yes yes, we all understand it’s the players suing. If that’s true and no LSU official has been egging them on then I can somewhat understand LK POSITION AND THAT OF lSU.
But if some Judge is being arm twisted by a LSU Booster etc etc and to rule favorably for LSU, then shame on LSU.
There’s Big Egos playing out here and ultimately it will not end well for LSU.
Sad, because I have so many Tiger friends and I’m sure they think this is BS.

It’s a State.court in Baton Rouge. Bravo, you have a Judge who probably Golfs or fishes with a Booster etc.
Ultimately the SEC will go to Federal Court and win on appeal and your little Baton Rouge Judge will be overruled.
But the harm will have occurred and if respect means anything to an LSU fan, you will have lost that from many of your other SEC brethren.

Not sure why so many here just assume they are. This is happening in multiple states across multiple sports.
