If Bama loses, Saban will throw his player(s) under the bus to save his "unshakable" reputation.
don't forget the fans for hyping the game up too much which caused the players to play too tight and quit earlier than usual.

Create doubt huh? 2 wins in a row and we will beat Alabama next year... You lose your entire defense.

3 out of 4 wouldn't be bad if we lost.

Oh and 9-6

I guess we'll see how losing 4 in a row to lsu affects this unwavering support.

We don't care if he loses to LSU 4 in a row. That's usually only one game out of the season.

The Bama win will secure another legitimate national championship. The support for Saban is unshakable. He is in complete control and Bama nation love it.
Oh yeah... the National Championship game where Bama beat (and not by much) the Texas Freshman QB who had to start after McCoy hurt his arm.

Someone knows they don't belong in the game and is trying to compensate for it...

LSU fans don't have doubt about Miles' abilities without Saban's players. Even if we lose, it doesn't take away from the fact that Miles has put together an incredible team. Anyone with a brain can recognize this. You are a moron. That is all.

If they have more to lose, than that means LSU has already won..as it would mean the expectations are higher for LSU than they are for Alabama, and that LSU is viewed as the better, more talented team. Yes, I agree...an Alabama upset would be a tough pill for LSU to swallow.

than Bama or Saban. A loss will ruin the perfect season and taint any fake AP championship they receive. Losing to Bama will again create doubt in the minds of the LSU fans about Miles being able to capture a national championship without Saban's players. Losing to Bama would destroy this team and their place in history.

It's obvious the LSU players are tight based on the trash talking they are doing. This reminds me of the Bama vs. Miami championship game.

The Bama win will secure another legitimate national championship. The support for Saban is unshakable. He is in complete control and Bama nation love it.

LOL. I didn't read the entire thread.

But, Saban and Bama are staring down the barrel of a 3rd straight loss to LSU and Les Miles with another likely loss coming next year in Baton Rouge (Bama is losing far more than LSU and LSU has home field advantage.) Saban would be 2-4 against Miles and LSU heading into the 2012 season with said road game against LSU coming up.

If LSU wins, the consensus will be that LSU is the class of the entire SEC. Miles will be labeled as the Saban killer...LSU the Bama killer etc. Bama will be facing a high likelihood that it won't win the West again (3 straight years) after watching LSU and Auburn each accomplish that feat.

You Bama fans who haven't considered the possibility that you will lose better hang on. It's going to be a very rough ride.

Gump,

It'll be interesting to see if you've got the guts to come back here on Jan. 10 and tell us what you think of your little tin god when you lose to LSU twice in the same season. More to lose? Bama Nation, or whatever you call that collection of toothless rednecks, will literally self-destruct.

Let's see...

Bama was supposedly the better team on 11/5, and lost at home.

They lobby their asses off, with the help of the Worldwide Leader, to get a rematch against LSU, expending a tremendous amount of political capital.

They continue to insist that they are the better team...

And it's LSU that has more to lose?

I don't think Saban has ever accused a player of calling a time out that he actually called first.
