In the same draft...Been trying to confirm this from a post I seen on another site. They didn't provide any link to where they obtained this information and I can not find anything on the subject...anyone remember this happening before?

So many of your fans (not all by any means) break their arms to pat themselves on the back—more so than any other fanbase—to let everyone know each scintilla of positive news about LSU.

Relax.

People (sports fans) know what’s transpiring.
You do nothing but come across as anxious and insecure.
LSU had a phenomenal year; we get it.

Yup.

The only team I can find that came close to doing it is Georgia in the 2009 draft where they had a QB, RB and WR go in the first two rounds.

Every fanbase does this, not sure why you think its a trait exclusive to LSU.

Odd.

how the frick does asking a question to confirm what I read on another fanpage site constitute patting yourself on the back?

No they don’t.
In a snap, I can list five extremely successful programs—off the top of my head—whom we’ve played many times, who don’t demonstrate so much self-doubt.

I think Louisiana, as a state, struggles, in many areas.
Therefore, many LSU fans feel a need to compensate.
It’s understandable, but not at all necessary.

Enjoy yourselves, and stop trying to convince everyone.
Life is short, and you have much of which to be proud.

It doesn't. Even if you were claiming that it was the first time, it would still be SEC news that any fanbase would be proud of and posting about.

Right. It's because Louisiana is poor and trashy. Has nothing to do with every single team doubting what LSU could accomplish week in week out through the entire season.

You got it, buttercup.

You come off as an elite Country Club POS. The kind of guy, unless with a rich Daddy, that could not get laid in a Bordello.

TexAg I am already convinced likes the Aggie Yell Leaders, which is fine, this is the USA.

Well thats just not true at all.

Of course the LSU bravado is at an all time high currently due to the dominating nature of the 2019 team coupled with the current lack of any live sports.

This site is also populated with many more LSU fans than any other fans so that also contributes more material.

I had you pegged as someone intelligent enough to understand such variables but perhaps I was wrong.
