lol. Its just for TV marketing purposes. LSU is favored to win and watching Bamas last three games it’s easy to see why.

I don’t like it for Bama one bit

Why would anyone weep or gnash their teeth about something like this which they have no control over?

LSU is probably the one team that is very happy about Bama being ranked where it is.

I think Bama is a VERY good team this year. Much better than last year.

I also think Bama has been a little bit fortunate from a scheduling standpoint getting Kentucky and South Carolina when they did. I don't know if it would have made a difference but those games were easier than they otherwise would have been.

And, to be fair, Bama was beaten soundly by Tennessee.

If Bama beats LSU, I can't argue at all with their ranking.

Most Tiger fans see this game for exactly what it is… a chance to beat a quality, high ranked team at a point in the season when it matters. It’s a chance to be in the conversation. Nobodies crying. To all the fans, enjoy this game, because these teams won’t play every year anymore. This match up for the last twenty years has had championship implications more often than not. Win or loose it will be a great game.

Not me. I heard a lot of the pundits bitching that Texas has better wins and should be ahead of Bama, but their losses are much worse than Bama’s. I like that the precedent has been set that a 2-loss non conference-champion can not only make the playoff but can get a top 4 seed. Now the committee is stuck with that.

Youre pretending that Louisiana isnt ranked below Alabama on overall dental health and oral hygiene.

Alabama is 44 and Louisiana is 46

Ahh figured it was something along those lines.
So he’s just a disgruntled tulane loser, turned bandwagon bama fan. Makes sense.
God that has to suck.
