You know that not all of America keeps up with the ins and outs of the ULL football program right?

Completely understand, but this isn’t the first place I’ve seen that stuff.

Normally, I’d agree with why run up the score.

But those guys had something in their head that was higher than just “let’s get 6 more points”.

Tulane, when Paul Tulane endowed them, changed their name to Tulane University of Louisiana.

Two of our state's regional schools chose to change their names to the Univ of Louisiana...UL-Monroe, and UL-Lafayette. Any of the others can change to that name as well.

We moved into the top 15 by not playing. I say we call the season.

Why not? I actually like that this year (with fewer overall teams), some of the little guys are getting ranked early. They were clearly better than ISU.

The main difference between a lot of these little guys and the larger programs is in the facilities and weight training programs and other offseason programs and activities. Those differences were heavily mitigated this year. We will see more upsets.

I don't think the team did this. Every time I see them on TV or hear the TV guys report on them, even if it is just on a score board they call them Louisiana. You know how the press is. They convinced over half of America Trump colluded with the Russians by just saying it.

If Bill has a great year with Lafayette, then someone will be knocking on the Lafayette's HC's door about a new job.

He was a candidate for both State and Baylor last year. He thought he could do better than State and then Baylor preferred Aranda so he ended up staying in Lafayette another year.
