Who has the best Hot Brown?
I guess the Brown Hotel in Louisville where it was created. LINK

The Hot Brown is an open-faced sandwich of turkey breast and bacon, covered in creamy Mornay sauce and baked or broiled until the bread is crisp and the sauce begins to brown
I'd give it a try. Looks like a good brunch item

Always wished they made chicken skins like pork skins didn't you?
You need to stop at Billy's or Kartchner's if you're passing through Louisiana on I-10 or Hwy 190. Get a half pound of chicken cracklins and thank me later

I’ll go to Ramsey for that.
Great spot, known for a grandma style "meat and three" plate. Plenty of options if there's a group.
Oddly one of the few restaurants that offers a hot brown.

It’s ghetto. The workers are ghetto. The clientele is ghetto. Is perfectly Louisiana
You need to try a Popeyes up north. The one in Iowa City is pretty fast.
The one in Lincoln Neb, I had to make sure the sign said Popeyes...it was nothing but young white kids working in it and was super fast.
Of the ones in SLC, the one in West Valley is the only one that really sucks.
