why are OU fans so obsessed with Texas in this thread?
And this Sir, is why the Red River Shootout is the greatest rivalry in college football. We hate each other but we respect each other. Probably more hate though. The neutral field. The fair. The everything. I hope they lose every football game they play.

Yes we’ve seen UT drop some stinkers in the past (Maryland etc) but they almost always show up for big games.
Didn't y'all get eliminated last season in the first round of the playoff?

I don't agree with OP.
I expect UT to slip up and lose one they should not at some point in the season but not this game.
Playing Big Blue this season is on par with playing bama last year, Sark will have them prepared.

I actually think it’ll be a close game on Saturday, with Michigan pulling it out. Their crowd will have an impact in the end. I would love for my Sooners to be texas’ first loss, but they might have 2 by the time we get ahold of them

I do t think many people here actually got a chance to watch Michigan. They have an above average D. Line, a very good TE and RB, and an above average secondary with elite hype.
Other than that, they're average - at best. I really don't think they're as good as A&M.
Compared to Texas? They're not close.

K-Steak and TCU definitely played well against us while we were I the conference. But seriously do you mean “Thorn in the side”?
Or is the expression different in Oklahoma T-Boone? Maybe y’all are just drawn the whole thorn in the arse thing in the OK state.
Good luck against Arkansas.

Why would I include two teams you were always going to get, OU and A&M?
I did not include Florida because I am sure at the time that was seen as a tougher game. But if I wanted to, I could easily add them back because that's another easy game for you all.
Georgia? Sorry but one tough game doesn't make a tough schedule.

That D lost 6 starters, 7 draft picks, and both captains. If you watched the game it would be quite obvious they're not the same.
If you like prop bets, take the Texas TEs to rack up yards and maybe score. Their LBs can't run with TX. That all-world corner is overrated, and their other DBs are average.

On paper we should win, but they are playing at home...and something tells me they will be pretty good once the season really gets rolling. Losing Harbaugh isn't that big of a deal if you consider their current coach was taking Jim's place for two of their biggest wins last season, including tOSU.
