Lot of MSU/UGA talk, but who you got in A&M/Arky & why?

The Arky v A&M game likely won't matter in SECW standings, but will likely matter in coaching circles. I'm having a tough time picking this one, but I'm leaning Arky b/c I've got more confidence in Bert coming off a bye than I do Sumlin coming off a couple of meh games back to back.

This is the worst A&M team in over a decade. If Arkansas can't beat us this year, then they won't for a long long time.

I'm thinking the "next channel" button on my remote wins this one, Vern.

This may very well be the worst stretch of seasons for the Razorbacks since the 1950's. We are up, or down as the case may be, for any challenge.

Are 5.8 wins on avg over the last 5 years bad?

I was mistaken, this is only the second worst 5 year stretch for Arkansas since the 1950s. Starting with Jack Crowe and going to the first two years of Ford's tenure Arkansas somehow was even worse.

So Bert and John L. have that going for them.

That might be awhile. I do not see Arkansas paying 15.4 M to buy him out this year. Even after next, it is still 11.7 M. It finally drops to 7.9 M before his final year.

It's weird, I don't know who I'll be rooting for tomorrow. I do fear deep seeded love will prevail and I'll be woo pig sooie-ing and then get disappointed yet again. So, I'd rather root for Sumlin and the fighting ags. Sigh...

I think A&M is going to beat the piggies.

This sucks... I really felt like we were trending up.... and then we look like a bad pee wee team against TCU.... obviously we are NOT trending up....
I like us to win Saturday... but I don't have a ton of confidence in the pick.

He won't be here by 2019 unless he is able to win 9 games in a season. I wouldn't consider two years a long long time.

I'm thinking Arkansas has this one. However, Sumlin is fighting for his job (though winning 10 or more this year is basically impossible at this point), and I expect him to come out with a plan

Of course, I expected him to be able to coach the basics in the UCLA game when retaining his job was more likely, so I think maybe I'm expecting too much

Therefore, Arkansas wins, just because Sumlin is a moron

I think your coach is a dead man walking & isn't holding the team together

I have the Razorbacks winning

Relatively speaking. Every week Summy is here and we look unprepared & the staff makes obvious bonehead mistakes it feels like a while.
