Completely true and you actually missed the most likely person to molest any child: someone in their own family. The vast majority of sexual molestation of a minor is by someone they know well with half of the total being a family member.

All of the conservative hand-wringing in this thread, without first questioning the premise. The fact is that California's law has exceptions written into it. E.g., UCLA sent its team to the Sweet 16 in Memphis last year despite the fact that TN is on the list.
