Seems like OK State, Tulsa were OOC opponents for a good bit of my early years as a Hog fan. Wichita State for a while too. Good regional series

I'm trying to pick my away game next year. There anything to do in Stillwater outside of the game? Not great options next year.

Like beating Oklahoma and is one win away from having eight 10 win seasons, 18 consecutive winning seasons, 40 wins against top 25 opponents, 10 top 25 finishes and 11 bowl victories since 2005?
Oklahoma State may not be elite and has games like we saw with South Alabama but they rise up to a challenge more often than not.
This is the type of game that Arkansas struggles with because OSU will play an A game and will play hard to knock off an SEC team this early in the season.
Arkansas usually struggles early in the season regardless of the year. While the addition of Petrino helps. Arkansas still has lame duck my seat is hot Sam Pittman facing off against Mike Gundy who is a much better coach.
Considering how the wheels began falling off to the ending of the season, this isn't the type game that Sam Pittman would want to play in a season where bowl eligibility could decide if he keeps his job or is fired.

I had to go to Stillwater a few times when I had a job. Eskimo Joe's is overrated af. Not much to do there and average food.

I am looking forward to it too. I have been to Stillwater and it is not great. I don't want to burn one of our OOC on that town annually. No thanks

These OOC teams can suck eggs. Don't schedule them. SEC schedule is hard enough. Have nothing to gain by playing them.
