Born and raised Texan. Hog fan all my life. And you can GFY about brisket and Texas BBQ.

I love a good brisket. I travel all over TX, but the best brisket I've eaten, was in Louisiana. Would make you wanna smack mammy.

Brisket is delicious. But The Hog is King of bbq. And we have a 1000 mama cows. Now The bone in rib-eye is the King of all meat.

I’ll give the sips a heckuva ton of grief about most of life’s meaningful questions.
But it won’t be for not knowing brisket.
The ATX Yankee transplants?
Sure.
But Austin/TX natives know their beef.
