Supposed Blue Bloods couldn’t even pull a DC from lowly Arkansas. We’re about to beat that arse Week 2 next year.

Hard to believe the Huskers have had losing seasons 4 straight years, and 5 of the last 6.

Why? The SEC is the new big 12.

Sarkisian is going to find it harder to recruit a decent staff than most sip fans are willing to admit.
Muschamp - dude has been there, and KNOWS about the toxicity
Odom - no thanks
Banks - also a big no for different position
What happens if the MSU DC turns him down?

Muschamp most likely not in a hurry to take the first opportunity that comes along
If he wants to stay a head coach maybe he takes a step down to do that or take a year off and see if any head jobs open up
Maybe he wants to see if any NFL interest as a d coordinator
Maybe Saban has told him privately I may have an opening at D coord after title game

I think it speaks volumes that they hired Sark to begin with. I know people like him or whatever, but he does have an alcohol problem. And he's going to be coaching in a toxic environment. I think that Texas is going to have a hard time filling out their staff. These coordinators aren't stupid. They know what Texas is like. Now imagine you're trying to be hired to a place that's more politics than football and you'll be working for a noted drunk.

My hope is the result is similar to what Bert did to them when y'all played several years ago.

Honestly I think most of the fans have wanted Chris Ash to be retained. But I'm not sure if that's going to happen given him and Sark have never worked together and I honestly don't know what Sark's defensive vision/philosophy is.
