You do know the difference between an actual insider, who is being paid to supply info on a legit website and some guy posting on GSB?
.....
It’s okay, you can take your time and think about it for a while if you need to.

No, that was because I started a new thread, but reading is hard for you huh?

Except the “offer” has been refuted by every major news outlet connected to both programs.
A simple google search says otherwise. It's no reason to get all twisted up about this. Kirbs will find someone that will say yes. Deep breaths

Money Shot to the face
I'm sure you know alot about shots to the face. Sandusky can't be that accurate as old as he is.
Now you look like an even bigger idiot, if that's possible. Gran was never offered an OC position by UGA.
Nice try, Vandy's/Sandusky's bitch.

I linked a post on your board. In the last 5 minutes all of the posts detailing the x' and o's of the contract have been deleted. An entire three pages went poof.

Holy shite, I think we broke them.

What does it say?
Google: people in Kentucky media camp say he was offered OC and decided to stay at Kentucky, whereas people on Dawgs side say he was never offered and/or offered a position coach job, (which he apparently declined, though they never explicitly say that).
Edit: so IMNSHO, FWIW, IYAM, it looks like UGA offered and Gran said no, which was highly unexpected. Now they are trying to cover and turning this into a middle school shite-show.

Who cares? Uga is a springboard. Dudes are probably calling Kirby and begging for the position.

Word, thanks.

I don't think any of us are arguing that it was a brilliant decision. I think the consensus is that if the UGA OC position was indeed turned down by Gran, it would be hilarious. No intelligent, but hilarious.

The guys on our Rivals board reported Football Scoop sad Gran was offered but also said they’d heard nothing on their end about it. This was before Gran tweeted he was staying at Kentucky.

Yet
The whole premise of the thread is that it was definitely offered and definitely turned down while many reports refute it.

Well if you got turned down, wouldn't you dispute the fact that you offered? Especially if she (or he, I don't judge) was probably somewhat below your "standards"?

I can understand that. From our standpoint it has more to do with our insiders saying they never heard he had the job offer (for OC), even when KSR reported it originally.

And this is why we can't have nice things. It would be nice of the trolls went away.

If we truly did offer and he stayed he is an idiot

Why? He seems to enjoy Lexington and is coming off a 10 win season. I know it’s difficult to grasp but it is possible Athens isn’t the end all/be all of college football.

Yeah. Even our bad coaches leave and end up with raises.
Todd Grantham to Louisville with a huge raise.
Brian Schottenheimer became OC of the Seattle seahawks.
And Jim Chaney (not a bad coach at all, but very good with our talent) got a $2m raise in tennessee.
