The only real witness for this hearing should be his treating physician 5 years ago and whether he had a debilitating illness that prevented him from playing football an entire season. That's what this entire case is about, not whether Chambliss would be drafted, not whether another year of development in college would help him, not whether he'd be a Heisman favorite next season. This whole thing so far has been silly.

Going back to your comment in the other thread and my repsonse. Ok, this is a little ridiculous and is, in my opinion, not the way to go about doing this. I am not even watching anymore and I understand how crazy it its.

Oh of course.

I have no idea how Joe Judge fits into this in any way.

Side note, why does every college sports podcasting group have a roofing group as their primary sponsor?

The best part is KNOWING Ole Miss fans would’ve shown up outside the courtroom with all of their middle fingers in the air if Chambliss was fighting to be eligible to play at LSU, like we all know he wanted to

Probably still have an OM student to testify as to the importance of Chambliss to the gameday experience, an OM frat bro to testify how much more “lit” parties are after Chambliss has a good game. Hell they’ll probably call up a booster to testify that Chambliss winning spirit will help the grove recover sooner.

Would objectively hold as much weight as Judge's testimony, despite what this moron OM fan lawyer is saying during the recess.

Do they all switch sponsors between roofing companies too? I think I have heard the talk guys here have their show sponsored by every different company in town.

My own side not here: Don't use Garcia.

Just funny that he would not commit to Trinidad being drafted this year.

They win in State Court because the Judges are usually dual graduates of the university lmao. That's it. That's the only reason.

Sorry to all that are not following this brilliant commentary during the recess and have no idea what I'm talking about.

They were probably hoping to get him classified as a "football expert" so he could say Chambliss couldn't play with tonsillitis.

Medical records do not disappear. That is one thing that is true in law and medicine. Those records last forever. Especially in the modern day where everything is electronic. These records do not disappear into the ether if you throw them in the trashcan after your appointment.

Also, you absolutely do not walk out of your appointment with your records like this guy is trying to say.

I got some records last week via subpoena that were handwritten from 1983. This guy is a fricking clown.

Didn't I read that Kiffin was lying and that there were no people out there flipping him off?

I hope Trinidad gets another year. It'll be amazing to see it all fall apart and even greater satisfaction in knowing Kiffin/Weis were the architects behind his success.

You seem overly bothered by this. Will Whitson was granted a 7th year to play college football. Were you this agitated about that?

Trinidad got his out in August of 2022. Ferris state first game was 9-1-22.

he didn’t get them out until after the 2024 season.

He played his entire career at Ferris State while also being “incapacitated”
