They beat a team that won 9 games last year and was picked to finish 3rd in their division at a neutral site. Georgia Tech will win 7-8 games this year and be a solid team. They didn't go to overtime with South Alabama or North Texas.

People are acting like their performance is on the same level as Texas A&M and Florida. I don't get it.

Tech ran all over them in a way that can make a win feel like a loss.

GT controlled the entire game. It wasn't an all out collapse like A&M, or an utter failure like UF, but they needed some lucky breaks to even get a shot.

Guise, beating a team that had a pillow fight vs. Portland State the previous week was way more impressive.

But they didn't lose and Georgia Tech runs on lots of people.

I'm not saying they are going to win the National Title but beating a Top 40 team from a power conference is a solid win for a borderline Top 25 team, no matter how you get it.

They gave up like 585 yards rushing, after having all off season to prepare for the triple option. Other than that, they did fine.

UT did what they had do to get a Win, it wasn't pretty. If they don't do something about that defense, some SEC teams are going to murder them on the ground.

We just don't like Tennessee or their coach or their fans.

And they had a garbage can on the sideline did up all nice with checkerboard logos and shite.

The entire thing was funny. Especially considering GT ran for like 1,000 yards against their baby shite soft team.

That's it in a nutshell.

Not for 500 yards. A win is a win, sure, but GT had a stretch where they ran on 32 straight plays and each of those runs was for positive yards. That's unacceptable.

On 86 frickin rushes. Their defense was on the field for 41 minutes.

Tennessee averaged 0.5 YPC more than Georgia Tech did.

Tennessee allowed Georgia Tech to have over 600 yards of total offense. That is embarrassing.

It was not a performance expected from a Top 25 team. In fact, I thought that outside of their determination to win, it was overall a very poor performance on multiple levels.

The trash can topped it all off.
