1. Jan Kemp - professor that pissed and moaned because football players got their own dorm and women didn't, so basically she is responsible for Title IX, which while I'm all for equality between the sexes, it remains a huge black eye on the University for the way she went around basically demonizing Vince Dooley who, like it or not, was the figurehead for the University at the time
2. Damon Evans - I think everybody looks at a pair of red panties and thinks of him
3. Quincy Carter - Had a very promising freshman campaign, including a throttling of LSU, but then he found cocaine
4. University of Georgia PD - keeping UGA in the headlines for all the wrong reasons. I thought we were on the same team, Blue!

He had a great game and LSU couldn't stop him his freshman year, but it was a very close game. And another to make Georgia's list, Jasper Sanks, also had a career game against LSU the following year.
