This. He's one of the best in the business at what he does. So if he wants to act like a lunatic on the sidelines I say let him. The same cannot be said for Trooper Taylor. If he would spend more time coaching and less time cheerleading, your wide receivers might get open more often.

Troopers main job is recruiting. He does a good job there.

But I stand that they are the same with Cochran being a disrespectful turd.

Then take him away from the WRs. That position is a train wreck along with everything else. These coaches can recruit talent to your school but they sure as hell can't develop it.

For some reason, it put my in the wrong place.

But for the record, our wide outs are the least of our issues.

Everyone's so quick to the blame the QB in these situations. Yes...your QB situation is horrible but that's not the only thing wrong with your team. Your receivers can't get open, nor can they block. Your line can't protect or open holes. Your defensive line is porous, your linebackers are clueless, and your secondary is nonexistent.

You really should just stick to flaming.

Our receivers have been open. Have not dropped many passes and have played well. They have not blocked great but that is about it.

I thought TT got pulled from recruiting for suspected NCAA "improprieties" that could not be covered up by playing semantics and dodging infractions investigation committee questions.

The players love him. I've met him a couple of times, and he is a really nice guy, and actually seemed pretty chill.

No need to talk bad about our next S&C, once Moffitt hangs it up.

Thanks to OP, when I think of the word "jackassery" I will forever think of Scott Cochran.

However, when I think of the most conditioned athletes in college football, I think of the Alabama defense. Most of your good s&c coaches are the overly-fired-up type, which can get old but is essential for their job which is to get the most out of athletes.

Let's talk about Scott Cochran
But I've never seen trooper be disrespectful to other players...

Well, other than last year when Trooper tried to talk shite to Dre Kirkpatrick, and Kirkpatrick invited Trooper onto the field.

I would guess that this is probably true, since passes rarely end up within the reach of an Auburn receiver.
