I know I'm being a homer but I also like the Hogs straight up by 4. 35-31.
I think 2 things are being overlooked.
1. our passing game is adequate to take advantage of 8 man fronts thus forcing A&M to have to take some chances there.
2. our defense is NOT elite by any means but I think they are showing improvement every week and we will have a sound package for Mr. Hill and company. Tevin Mitchell being healthy has given our secondary a big lift and our D-Line has been able to get pressure on QB's allowing our LB's to roam a little more........which means some Aggie is gonna get "SPAIGHTED!!!!"

Why do you think that? They gave up 240 rushing yards to Rice.
Because last year we gave 310 yards rushing to Rice and about 1.5 more YPC.

306, but half their defense was suspended.
Against Rice this year, all three starting LBs and a starting CB were out and a starting DT was hurt on the first series.

We were missing both of our starting ILBers against Rice. When you look at the body of A&M's work this year, it's unquestionable that our defense is very much improved.
Is Arkansas' offense that good? Hard to know. They did not have great stats against Auburn. The only good numbers they've put up this year has come against TERRIBLE defenses.
We'll see on Saturday.

How much better is Auburn's defense than A&M's?

This game ends 101-100, A&M wins.

If Texas Tech, a team that can't run, scored 28, there's no way Arkansas will hold A&M to 31.

Arkansas will run the ball on Texas AM just like we did against Tech. I just dont know if we can stop their passing game. Hopefully we get enough turnovers or penalties that go our way. I believe there could be a combined 100 points scored on saturday.

A&M's biggest problem against the run this season has been running quarterbacks. Not too concerned about going against Allen this weekend

Arkansas will be playing from behind most of the game anyway and will have to pass the ball more to keep up. Result, A&M by 70+.
