you think no other coaches had places scouted out before they decided to take their new jobs? The only reason people know about Lane doing it is because the media was so obsessed with him. I just moved. I dropped my dog off at my mom's house for 2 weeks while I got everything settled. This is a very common thing lol. Last time I moved my dog stayed at my friend's(dogs trainer) house for about 2 weeks while I got everything situated.

Yeah, not upset about anything going on with LSU or Ole Miss. I'm giving insight as to why it was such a circus.

Media got their feelings hurt just as bad b/c they loved him as much as OM. And then made everyone THINK he was the only one doing this (omg finding a better job!) which in reality their were a gazillion coaching changes this offseason. Everyone of you can enjoy your freedom to work where you please…but not lane!

Other coaches handled the same way Lane did, its just that reporters weren't hiding in the bushes waiting to report everything they did. And their former employers didn't act like scorned lovers.
