If I recall JJ was officially charged after the apartment search where it was speculated they found blood on his shoes. You want to dispute that part too?
BTW, I know a guy who was there and he told me JJ was definitely one of the guys that beat up the marine but also that the marine deserved it.

I dont even really care if JJ beat up the marine or not, I have just never liked him. He seems very immature. I know that there are many LSU fans that feel the same way deep down inside.
